Yes, all items in a single order are shipped together once they are all ready. However, if you'd like part of your order to be delivered earlier, please contact us at the numbers mentioned above, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
As per our policy, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged once placed. Since all pieces are handcrafted to order, we start working on your outfit as soon as the order is confirmed.
We do our best to photograph our products under natural light and display them as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations and the hand-dyed nature of our fabrics, slight differences in color, embroidery, or texture may occur. These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of handcrafted pieces.
All our garments are made to order and pass through several stages of careful production. The usual time frame is 10 to 20 working days from the date of confirmation. For urgent requests, please reach out to us before placing the order so we can advise on availability.
