Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹5,000 across India. For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee will be applied based on your delivery location.

Please note that delivery typically takes 10 to 20 working days, as each item is handcrafted to order. If you require faster delivery, please let us know before placing your order so we can confirm whether it is possible.

International shipping charges are based on the package weight, size, and destination country. We will share applicable international rates with you once your order is received.

Returns & Exchanges

Every garment at Storyteller’s Junior is made-to-order and carefully handcrafted for your child. By placing an order, you agree to our policy — we do not offer returns or exchanges, with one exception: minor fitting alterations can be arranged upon request.

If there is a genuine production error or defect, we will gladly repair or remake the item at no additional cost. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery to request assistance.

Taxes & Duties

The prices displayed on our site are inclusive of Indian GST. For international orders, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the product price does not include import taxes, duties, or local customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
